Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of StressMyIdea at stressmyidea.com (the "Service"), operated by Nikita Alenchikov ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

StressMyIdea produces a structured, AI-generated launch strategy for a business idea you describe: market, jobs-to-be-done, competitors, unit economics, MVP, roadmap, risks, and related sections, with sources and dates. The document is delivered as a private web link sent to your email, usually within about 15 minutes.

2. Informational only — not professional advice

The strategy is informational and is generated by an AI agent from your input and public web sources. It is not investment, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any business outcome. You are responsible for verifying facts and figures and for your own decisions. We do not warrant that the document is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

3. Your content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to the idea and information you submit. You grant us the limited right to process that content to generate and deliver your strategy (see the Privacy Policy). The generated document is provided for your own use; you may read, share, and forward it freely.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

4. Price and payment

The price of a strategy is shown at checkout (currently $29, one-time). Promotional codes may reduce or waive the price. Any applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

Because the strategy is a digital product generated specifically for you, you agree that generation begins promptly after your order. You may request a refund before generation has started by emailing hello@stressmyidea.com. Once generation has started, the order is generally non-refundable; if something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or using it to generate material that is illegal or harmful.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and your access link working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made based on the strategy. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version and date appear at the top, and the version you accepted at checkout is recorded with your order.
